Member to member transfers

Are member to member transfers gone now? Do I seriously have to link an external account to transfer money to my kids’ accounts within the credit union, then have it not show up for 3 days? So lame.

Not an Upgrade

I can’t transfer funds between my accounts or even view my transaction histories. This app doesn’t work at all for me.

Terrible App

I have to comment on the new app. It is awful! It is the worst business decision that I have seen this credit union make. I have been a member of this credit union for 35 years and I am considering leaving this app is so bad. I have enjoyed my membership and watched the credit union grow and making good decisions. You laid an egg with this one. The old app was intuitive, the new app is a frustrating conflagration of poorly designed pages. The old app you could get into your account and easily read what the transactions were. The new app you have to click on each transaction to see what it is. The old app let you see many more transactions with out the need to click in “view more”. The old app allowed you to see a copy if the check with ease. The new one is a frustrating mess and does not allow you to see the check. The old app did not have a bunch if useless self promotion/advertising like the new app. These are just a few if the problems. I hope you get this app fixed soon because I don’t plan to stick around if you don’t. I am wishing you success to fix these problems because I would rather stay.

Terrible new app

This new app is awful. It’s not user friendly at all. The pages are cluttered with advertisements so it’s hard to find the account or information you’re looking for. To see transactions, you have to click on each individual one to see who was paid. It takes twice as long to reconcile my checking account t because I can’t just scroll down, I have to click on every single transaction. From what I can tell, I can’t re-order my accounts to show the ones I’m most interested in at the top. I’m not impressed and very frustrated.

Inaccurate still

Inaccurate totals and bunk on immediate transfers. This is as of 05/17/2023 at 6:14 PM. I have updated version per my phone. Get this fixed!!!!

Big Improvement

Although I had some issues initially, I really like the app after all the updates. I was not a big fan of their last app, this one is faster, cleaner, and more intuitive.

Horrible app

The old app wasn’t broken why did you have to “fix” it? Not nearly as user friendly. NEVER REFLECTS ACTUAL BALANCES! I spent $200+ on Chewy 6hrs ago and it doesn’t even have that in pending! Doesn’t process transfers in a timely manner (seriously I moved money from checking to savings at noon and it didn’t reflect that until the next morning!) sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen, can’t hide accounts from main menu (which I need in an app because when I can see my savings it makes it easier to justify impulse buys) and its so bland aesthetically speaking.

New app

This new app is trash. Not a fan. The last one was working just fine and never had any issues with signing in or keep log of stuff. I don’t even see my pending transactions anymore nor pending direct deposits. Can we have the old one back

Mobile deposits not working

Went in to deposit check with amount of $4,640, after taking photos and going to final screen it shows I only put $4 for amount instead of initial $4640 so it says amount don’t match and can’t deposit, won’t let me put correct amount

Completely useless and over complicated.

Worst banking app I’ve ever used. It’s over complicated, can’t find anything. Hate that I can’t rearrange my accounts on the Home Screen. no Zelle in app, transfers are difficult. The card freeze feature is hidden. Horrible app, I will be closing my accounts.

Zelle is on our roadmap and we now offer P2P transfers in the send money link from your home page. We have also included the ability to rearrange your accounts in the next release in August.
