Great back, terrible new app

I’ve been a member for almost a decade, but this new app is trash. Not user friendly at all. My issue today is that it can’t do basic math quickly. When I’m budgeting money around and transferring to different accounts, the balances don’t change for several minutes. I have to sit and wait, refresh multiple times, and then wait some more to see if the transfer I just did actually went through. Please go back to your old app. It worked just fine.

Looks nice, doesn’t work

Cannot edit recurring transfers. Doesn’t show pending transfers from another financial institution. Overall not a great app.

Bug fix and feature request

Fix sign in with Face ID option so user can actually sign instead of being locked out of there own account. Also can you add a feature to see pending ACH, checks, and other debit or credits to account. Another good feature would be a dark mode option which would make it easier to check our accounts at night.

In the most recent app version, FaceID recognition is now automatic and we have a dark mode option on our roadmap. Not a fan of new “improved??” APP

Why do I see all my associated accounts?
Hate, hate Hate this!!
I really only want to see my primary account, not my spouses - unless i seek it out.
This “cash balance” feature is a distraction

Not a fan of new app

Why? The old one was so easy to navigate. I use my iPad Pro for most work and the old app filled my screen with all the options to select from. This new one is specifically designed for a phone, so now I get the phone version on my ipad that is compact and inconvenient to use. It’s pretty clear it was designed for a much younger generation.

Why was the general membership not asked about a new app, or a poll taken to see how members felt about it… answer… it profited the credit union financially. Same thing has happened with multiple apps I have with other institutions. These apps are underwritten by advertising that reduces the cost of the app and servicing it.

Did you beta test this with a group of members? No one likes being forced to use something they dislike. The only way to remedy it is voice an opinion hope they will listen, or move on to another Credit Union that cares what their members think. Disappointed.

absolutely terrible, want the old app back!!

I haven’t been able to check my balances in almost two weeks now, when i tried to switch to the new app it keeps giving me a pop up to accept terms and conditions. Okay, cool whatever, but every time i click accept it will load for an ungodly amount of time and then just tell me “an error has occurred”. If it’s not doing that, any other attempt i’ve made at logging in will just tell me “online banking is currently unavailable”. It is absurd to me that i haven’t been able to even log in or access my account for this amount of time. This app is so poorly coded and filled with glitches and “errors”. I don’t understand the switch when the other app did the job just fine. I just really can’t believe i can’t even access my account right now. hate this new app!!
