It sounds like you are referring to larger text size not adapting to your phone screen, which then creates the inability to read account information clearly. Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for your experience. On the bottom of the home page there is an option to "organize accounts" and this will allow you to edit account names and customize the order. If you have biometrics setup on multiple devices witih your username associated, it could be the reason for the FaceID issues you've explained and we are currently developing the ability to have multiple devices setup with biometrics.
