Not a fan of the new app.

The old app was much easier to navigate with my iPhone. I have to go to display in settings to have it read properly every time I use the app. Every time I log on the app anyone with an iPhone should be having the same problem. The above is ridiculous because then I have to change it back to the correct size for all the other apps on my phone. I stopped by the credit union when the new app first begin with a new app, and they showed me how to go to display in settings. they also told me thereโ€™s a fix in the works but that was months ago.

Serious Downgrade

I really miss the old app. I have no idea why Wasatch Peaks changed apps. I canโ€™t even reset my Face ID login after changing the password so it automatically tries to login and then locks my account. I finally turned Face ID off. Also a big jumble of information. All the accounts in our family mixed together.

On the bottom of the home page there is an option to "organize accounts" and this will allow you to edit account names and customize the order. If you have biometrics setup on multiple devices witih your username associated, it could be the reason for the FaceID issues you've explained and we are currently developing the ability to have multiple devices setup with biometrics. Bad

I'm using the most recent version. Check deposit still does not work at all. That is the most important feature for a banking app. It's not hard. You need to find someone who can get it right.

Awesome App!

This new app has been great! They constantly make changes and updates so you know they listen to us and you donโ€™t get that often these days. Iโ€™m able to do pretty much anything from the app alone if I choose which is huge in this day and age. Definitely recommend using the app and familiarizing yourself with the features!

Great App!

I've been using this banking app for a while now, and I must say I'm impressed. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through my accounts, transactions, and bill payments. The app's security features, like fingerprint recognition and two-factor authentication, give me peace of mind. Plus, the mobile deposit feature saves me trips to the bank. Overall, a great app for managing my finances on the go!

User friendly app

Wasatch Peaks has gone to great lengths to make a great app that checks all the boxes. They have a great user interface for business accounts as well. The business account portion ties right into your single login and you can toggle between all your accounts. I am very impressed with this new app.

Loving this new app experience and the additional features it contains.

Impressive Improvements

I really liked this app when it first came out, but I have to say that in a very short time, Wasatch Peaks and their development team has made some impressive changes and updates. Wasatch Peaks quickly acts on feedback and wants to serve its member with the best experience possible, and this app is proof of that. I canโ€™t wait to see what other features and services the credit union will offer through online banking and it seems like the skies the limit. Great job Wasatch Peaks!

Useless

Deposit check feature doesn't work. This is such an essential function for banking and such simple tech! Shocking that they can't get it right. Will start looking for a new credit union.
