Waste of Time!
Everything said I was approved for the split pay and then two days go by to only tell me I needed to send in documentation for my lease which I did. Then with no explanation other then it’s at risk they block my account. You have costed me not having to pay a late fee with my apartment! I would advise not wasting your time with these scammers!Show lessGumbystew
Love the split play
I started using the app for its split pay feature and it’s been so helpful not having to pay such large amounts every top of the month. I get paid every two weeks, and with the split pay feature its really convenient to make two rent payments instead of one. My landlord does not mind it because he just gets the money in full and on time and I can breathe a little bit so its a win win. Also since I started using rent app my credit score has seen a nice bump so thats good to have too. I have a roommate and I wish they had some tools around that because they have to pay me the rent now but it would be easier if we can just split it. But otherwise I like itShow lessjreesbr
Convenient and easy
My landlord recommended this app and it has been so much more convenient than zelle because I don’t have to break up the payments and can just send it in one go. It’s actually designed for rent not like Zelle so I find it pretty usefulacia_v
