No Withdrawals, No Response, No Humans
Made a few sizable deposits and was playing with no issues on their NJ app but then geo-location goes on the fritz and doesn’t work at all and doesn’t let me play. All other casino apps are fine and GeoGuard shows my correct location.
Frustrated, I go to withdraw my own money that I deposited (didn’t win anything) via the same method that I made the initial deposits and it’s been over a week and haven’t heard anything.
I’ve used the chat feature, emailed, and even tried calling (they say they staff from 12-8pm but have only received a recorded message that hangs up after). Lack of ability to communicate with them makes it feel like it’s a big scam.

They don’t wanna pay out large amounts!
I had a withdrawal Wednesday no issues I had the money 24 hours later. Then won a substantial amount of money the next day and withdrew it, 24 hours later I was requested to resubmit documents (which were already submitted and current) fast forward another 48 hours and I can’t get an email response the live chat is turned off, and no one is answering the phone. They’ve completely ghosted me. Mind you the day before I had no issues withdrawing my winnings. So beware if you win big you potentially will be scammed out of your payment. I will have to call my lawyer now to get this money.

Do not bother
I downloaded the app and played and all of a sudden every time I try to play it says it’s logging me off. Yet I can’t withdraw my money!!

I’ve downloaded almost all the casino apps to try out this this the 1st one I’m deleting the same day(20 min after playing). This one has got to have the worst payouts I’ve ever seen. There are so many more that pay well don’t waste your time or money with this one.

Judging by the reviews I don’t think I’ll be downloading this app again. I’ve done so in the past but it doesn’t work. the app advertises it’s live in NJ but it isn’t. They say it’ll be live soon but can’t say when. On top of everything else you read in these reviews, this advocates for JCs inability to run a respectable gaming app. I will say their customer service was okay for me.
