I did everything that was required for me to do when I signed up for this app I even gave my license Everything was good. I deposited $20 thinking I was going to play. I had to go back out and come back in. It wouldn’t let me get in. It was saying check my location which I put PA which they had my license stating I live in PA then it said something about my information everything was a go and I can’t understand why I can’t play the game all I know is I want my $20 back I would not recommend this game to no one and I wish I would’ve read the reviews shame on me

Just horrible withdrawal
They were quick to take my money from my screw account they said I was receiving my withdrawal to my account. I don’t see my withdrawal status on the game site anymore and it’s not in my screw account. I cannot get in contact with nobody I’m getting very upset. This game site is horrible. I never been through this type of situation on any game sites I usually always read the reviews for some reason I did not read this one and I wish I have because they would’ve never downloaded it or either added money to it, this is horrible. I would appreciate it if I can get my money back at least I will never anyone to this game site. You will always get bad reviews until I receive my money and even then you’re gonna have a bad review because this is horrible. You should never treat nobody in their money. The way you are doing it on this game site give me my goddamn money.

Withdrawal from this casino is nearly impossible the cashier in the app does not work as it should. There are absolutely no live reps to help. With over 20 online casinos in the state of Pennsylvania there is absolutely no reason to waste your money at this casino. This casino really makes PlayLive! look bad. I can’t believe PlayLive! would put their name on this awful product. This is absolutely one of the worst apps I have ever experienced.

They were really quick to take my money from my pay pal but now that I want to withdraw its been more than 5 days! They are saying I deposited from a 3rd party acct. I sure didn’t its me my paypal has my maiden name as well. I have explained that multiple times and sent documents to prove my identity no one understands me for some reason! Chat is a joke the one time I got thru all they did was repeat what the email said. And the 3 Customer Service numbers I was given always says they are busy call back. I am contacting the PA Gaming Commission. This is horrible. Don’t waste your time! It just causes more frustration than fun.

They claim to have over 300 games, but in reality there’s less than 90. Same garbage as Betway, never give you any good promos. Waste of time. Leave PA while you can, Jackpot City, because you aren’t bringing anything new or exciting to the nations largest online casino market. You’ll be gone by July.
