I try load a card this morning and it says the digit isn’t correct while I try it like 3 times and I minimize the app then go back to it it says used card😪
I put in a good card few minutes after purchase which I checked the balance on it before trying to trade it on the website…but I got shocked when they told me my gift card has no balance on it, this CardBrother are scammed and they most have been doing it to a lot of people…App Store needs to look into them
I use the app 3days ago and the card was successful but when they credited me it failed and I haven't be credited since then and it says successful on my CardBrother account also they are not responding to my complaint on the general support
Hello I made a trade in your app since early on Monday morning and up till this moment I have not gotten the money, I contacted my bank and they said it’s the senders bank, I’ve told my customer service Cara about it but it seems she doesn’t want to do anything about it, I’ve referred a lot of people to your app and I’d stop referring since these is how you guys attend to complaint. Tell Cara to send my money to me or go and contact zenith bank, I can not wait anymore it’s been 2 days this is a very poor customer service system resend my money to me, I can’t wait cause of your bank inconvenience
