But luckily today I got replies from their general support and my money was refunded back into my wallet and I have now successfully withdraw it into my account

I use this app to redeem a card and credit it on my first bank and for the first time ever I called my bank and they told me the money wasn’t with them
I traded a Apple Card worth of $50, and our settlement money was 49 thousand. When the card was done I was credited 18 thousand out of my fuxking money

A stuff of yours with this name DIADEM MEDIA HOUSE made a transfer from a MONIPOINT BANK ACCOUNT to my palmpay account of over five hundred thousand Naira after trading a Apple Card of $500 on the CardBrother app but due to bad network service the money was refunded back into DIADEM MEDIA HOUSE account and yet he didn’t redo the transfer back to me again
