Doesn't work
This app doesn't work. I've tried many times and it hasn't for a while. Why they don't fix it is beyond me. Having to call customer service to get an agent or having to punch in 16 digits is a pain with an automated system.Nothappy128
App doesn’t work
I created an account entered all info needed and when I try to log in it says User name not found. I reset it a couple times and still no good. Total waste of time, I’ll have to pay my bill over the phone I guess.Lzmarie04

App is broken does not work
This has been going on for months and I’ve already spoken with their customer service- they seem to have no interest in fixing it, indeed they seem to be relishing, so it’s almost impossible to make a easy payment. When you have to go through these hoops to speak to an agent; when you get the agent and tell them that there is an issue, nothing is done. Can’t wait to transfer this balance and be done with Embark. I do not recommend this credit card or service unless you enjoy spending two hours every month trying to make your payment. They do not seem ethical.ggirl67
