    This is my first order & I thought you had some great gift ideas. I just wish you had free freight on certain amount of purchases. I’m looking forward to see the products. The 50% off definitely got me to shop longer.
  • Great gifts!

    I happened across Personal Creations while researching what to give as an engagement gift. I found the perfect item. After looking at the wide array of unique items, I purchased several personalized key chains for Christmas gifts. Since I often run out of ideas for gifts, I know I will shop the Personal Creation site to look for unique, meaningful gifts.

  • Garbage!

    Ordered 4 flags that you can have your own photo printed on. They're horrible! Other reviews about faded colors are true. But I can live with that, or I wouldn't have ordered. You upload a photo, crop it the way you want it, preview it, and order. Three of the flags have the border of the actual photo printed on it! This issue DID NOT show up when I cropped and previewed. Don't expect common sense to prevail when it's being printed. It could've clearly been prevented if someone had looked or even cared! Go elsewhere!

Do note that we unfortunately do not edit or modify orders after placement, so items will be printed as they're shown on our page. That said, this sounds like a bug given your particular problem.   • Poor Customer Service

    I would not recommend this company at all as they do not try and help when you have an issue even when the courier they choose to use to deliver their parcels tells you to contact them as there has been an issue with delivering it, this has ruined a birthday present for my brother as now I have no idea when or if it will arrive!!

    if it was possible I would give zero stars!

  • Great app

    I like it - I’ve ordered and my daughter loved it- she makes broccoli casserole it turned out so nice also ordered one for my mother - it was .a Lasagne pan with: grandma/mama’s lasagna engraved on it.- .
    It can tell you- they turn out nice and so far several years later- no chips nor scratch's
    !! Everyone would be pleased !!

    I love your products. I do however find placing an order to be a bit cumbersome. I’m not real techie so maybe I need more practice.

  • My mistake

    I accidentally put the wrong name in and when I received the item I called them and told them my mistake and that I needed it in a hurry because it was for a special occasion. They remade made it sent it to me overnight and didn't charge me anything. It came out beautifully. This is a fantastic company. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!!

    Cheap quality printing and delivery takes longer than it says. Don’t waste your time or money.

  • Terrible app

    Awful! Pre generates the wrong address, so hard to try to change, glitches resulting in errors. I wanted to cancel my order and it was impossible, the AI told me what to do but there was not that option.
    Doesn’t clearly state delivery times so I was informed after the order that it wouldn’t be here on time.
    Will have to call in the morning or try and cancel via my bank.

    So sorry you had issues with the app. The address form is connected directly to the Royal Mail address database and refers to the options they have listed. Please contact us at socialcare@planetart.com with a screen recording of what happens when you are setting an address. We would like to review this further and find out what happened in your case. We also confirm that cancelling an order in the app is 100% possible so please do let us know what the issue was. We are hoping to address any misunderstanding and, hopefully, improve your opinion of the app.
