  • Very frustrating experience!

    I just wanted to purchase a personalized beach towel for my granddaughter. I attempted to do this on the app on my phone. It indicated my password was incorrect. I requested an email to rest it. Never received it. Checked spam and junk emails. Requested reset email again with no luck. Contacted Chat requesting assistance. They decided I needed to be connected to a human. Chatted with a human who sent me the reset email,
    Attempted to changed password and again, it said I needed to change my password, they would send me an email. Never received it. Called on the phone. Put on hold, was disconnected. Called back, put on hold, was disconnected.
    Decided to order the towel under my husbands name and email ( who does not have an account). I was finally able to do this after 1 1/2hrs.

    Are use Personal Creations quite a lot with my grandchildren. The one thing to watch is the pricing. When you check out, you do not always get the most current sale pricing. if you are using the app, check their website before placing an order.

  • Personalization makes the gift special!

    I am pleased to write a review for this company, because I have used them for many years for special gifts. I can’t tell you how many birthdays, Christmases, weddings, and other occasions that I have found just the right thing in their selections. There is just nothing like getting a gift with your name and dates that mean a lot in your life – – those memories just come back when you use or see this special gift.

    There have been occasions as well where I made a mistake on my order, and they are always quick to respond and make things right. I will continue to order and refer my friends to this company!

  • Really clumsy app

    The products are good and reasonably priced but the app is just so disappointing. It repeatedly changes the address to number 1 (so if you’re fortunate enough to live at No 1 then you won’t notice this problem). Navigation is painful and it seems to wander off at random to irrelevant places.

    Uninstalled for now :-(.

  • Beautiful Baby books

    I have given quite a few new parents the personalised Sweet Dreams book but it’s not an easy app to use.
    I would like clearer sections for billing address and recipient address as both have been wrong on a few occasions. Also a small preview with a sample to show that the baby’s name has been input correctly and throughout the book.
