They took a simple app I needed for a single device and updated it to include dozens of devices with multiple categories and no way to easily search for my device type. Instead I have to select a category then scroll through the devices listed.
Now the device won’t pair because pairing is timing out.
I’m less likely to buy any device from Sunbeam in the future.Show lessClesmith
Going to be as fair as possible
Pros:
- The app does connect easily to my blanket.
- I can control the temperature sometimes which is nice.
- The app has an acceptable look and style.
Cons:
- The schedule doesn’t work.
- When the schedule turns on the blanket it is not the correct temperature/ duration
- can’t increase the temperature past 4 without pressing a button on the physical controller which mitigates the value of having an app.Show lessMichael Eakns
Glitchy and confusing
This app is entirely glitchy and difficult to navigate. I am genuinely struggling even after almost a solid year of trying to use this app. It’s awful and should have been designed better for a massive company.Thisguy1254
