What’s the point
Not even worth a star so far. Bought off Walmart online, got yesterday. Have a brisket in the smoker and the probe won’t even connect to my phone. I YouTubed it, reread the instructions. I pressed the reset button and held it and nothing happened. It charged over night and the probe is definitely charged.

Connection issues

App is terrible and the probe is garbage. App connects to the probe but doesn’t function, doesn’t show temp, customer support doesn’t return emails. Its just a waste of money!gebage app
What a joke!
Alarm kept going off saying put the probe closer to the compartment. It was sitting almost right next to on the outside of my grill disconnected twice. Ended up deleting the app off my phone. Do not waste your time.Golfcollege27

Do not buy this thing. It’s absolutely awful. it occasionally works but most of the time you’ll be stressing out because it’s disconnecting and they literally claim like hundreds of feet of connection reach when it doesn’t connect literally right next to itSoundmn777
Worked ok until update
It was pretty expensive considering how saturated the market is with these things. After using it for a few months it stopped working after an update. It’s not worth it for the price. Several other options are available for less. (I should have checked reviews before purchasing)not papa john #registered

Lost connection
I loved this for a couple months. Not heavily used. Today it didn’t reconnect even after ensuring it was fully charged, as well as the base. I’m deleting the app and downloading it again, hoping that it will fix it.cammie78
