App doesn’t display anything
It worked the first two times I used. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times but app consistently shows a blank screen where the temp logger is supposed to display.Toobly
Constant Connection Issues
The probe rarely picks up and constantly disconnects. The device will disappear when it does connect. Poor quality. Spend the extra money to get a better product.SCGJ2223
Disconnects all the time
Just started using the probe and after the first 14 minutes it would consistently disconnect and I would have to open the cooking item from its vessel and reconnect the device and start again. After 4 times it wasn’t worth the effort.turkeyandcranberry
Won’t connect
Used it twice since having it and now it won’t connect to the app. Don’t what happen but money spent for this item not to work.

Accurate but has connection issues
The temperature probe is very accurate but the probe frequently loses connection with the docking station. Even when the docking station is within 1-2 feet of the probe it will temporarily lose connection repeatedly. This becomes quite annoying when doing a long cook while smoking meats.Gene0330
Awful
The app on displays information when it feels like it. It obviously bug ridden. Their programmers should be ashamed of their shoddy work. I sure wouldn't put my name in association with it! Junk!scotty_ray
Fix your app!!!
Purchased this right before Christmas so I’m about 3mos in. Probe seems to work fine and is accurate. However the app only works once in a while!! Highly frustrated as you cannot use it without the app. I’d seek another one unless app gets a serious overhaul.Wolv598

Horrible no connection
This is the WORST purchase I’ve ever made. The thermometer disconnects multiple times during a session and sometimes it just won’t work no matter what you do. This is the second one as support said the first one was defective. This one is no better. Save your fifty buckspied123
