Buffalo Logistics has no human contact!!!
I’ve been trying to speak to a human being about the customs and duty tax I paid a month ago using a UK bank account that does not use the same format Buffalo requires for proof of payment and their bots and automated message system tells me over and over that I have not paid!! Says the format of proof in incorrect and therefor not accepted as proof! My bank says that they send a receipt with the exchange rate breakdown and all the details of the transaction on as the proof which is a two page document for an international payment!!! What do I do to get to speak to a human and explain? This was close to a R10k order!!! They will send it back to the vendor and I will lose everything because of their use of bots and no human contact at all! Also, the number given does not exist and the WhatsApp number is a bot too so no assistance there either! What do I do? Please help?!!!
