Not functioning
Don't waste time downloading an app that doesn't work. My property administrator emailed to download this app to request a service or reserve a shared amenity. However, after downloading the app, I could not create an account. Instead, I received a message to contact my property administrator for assistance. When I contacted the property administrator, they directed me back to the app's help assistance. As someone posted on another review, THERE IS NO OPTION TO SET UP A USERNAME AND PASSWORD; this is basic.Show lessdadaflorida

Why the heck wouldn’t I be able to set up a username and password on the app? It is wildly inconvenient to have find a desktop to set up login credentials to use an app!!!Pennystine
Not Functional
The app is currently not functioning. A video on how to view monthly statements keeps popping up no matter how many times you close it to the point that you cannot do anything in the app.JES987123
