The Only Radon App I Need
This app paired with the 1028 xp is what keeps me moving and communicating with my clients. I can now download the data, have an educated consultation with my clients and give the clients an opportunity to ask any follow up questions all while in the field with them. If wanted I could send the report to them while onsite. From time to time I’ve had issues adding pictures but the five star rating still remains because if I’ve reached out to customer service/support (phone or email) I’ve gotten a quick response and immediate help.

Extremely poor product and customer service
I have not been able to use my 1030s since mid to late summer. Called customer service, received extremely poor service!
Apparently I interrupted this gentleman‘s rough day of customer complaints.
I was told the app would be updated within the week and here we are in the middle of December 2023 and I still cannot use my units
It would be great. If the company did a buyback. I’ve got three units up for sale?
If anyone’s considering going with this company or their units, I strongly suggest a different company!!

Crashes constantly since update, unusable.
The app now will not connect to the 1028xp machines so I can’t collect data in the field on my phone. Constantly loses the header and signature images saved onto it as well. Fix it SunRadon! Lots of complaints of same problems on the Facebook groups as well, know it’s not on my end!
