    Absolutely love this app! Started using it about six months ago when my hip was bothering me, thought I would just do it for a week or two but have loved it. The short videos are easy to follow but have a real impact, I feel stronger, have had no injuries, and my posture has been improving.

    Have recommended it to my friends who are marathon training and even those who don’t run.

  • Great all around fitness program

    I came across Dynamic Runner on social media when I was looking for an exercise program to supplement my marathon training. Being a new runner and over 50, an all around program that provides mobility, strength, and a lot more, I get it all here. I believe what Dynamic Runner provides is way more value to the amount I paid. I particularly liked that it's a one off payment, good for 1 year access, with an exercise program that is easy to follow. I would renew again even if I've completed my marathon training.

  • Great program

    I was a bit apprehensive to use another subscription app and it be ordinary. But I can safely say now it’s amazing! I’ve been using for 4months and have improved my mobility and strength. I barely wake up sore from exercise now I have these modalities in place. Thanks for a great program
  • The Best 🌟

    Love this app I’m 67 & enjoy running took it up in covid lockdown 4 yrs ago
    The last couple of years I’ve had a couple of injures, so this year started strength training twice a week to help with a glute strain
    I’m been to countless physio sessions then chiro, down to every 10 days visits to chiro glute is improving but still feels tight so decided to try this app, been doing the stretching everyday for a month now & I feel like I’m like I’m finally getting there!
    Highly recommend daily stretching, I think it was the missing link
    I will definitely continue the stretching daily & 5min drills before a run
    The exercises are excellent easy to follow & I look forward to using it everyday so good here’s hoping I can now keep running injure free 😃🙏

  • Helps fix and prevent injuries!

    I wasn’t sure what to expect from a random Facebook ad that found me, but I haven’t looked back after giving it a shot! I love the multitude of workouts that address common injuries; the daily mobility/stretching options, and the strength training workouts that increase in difficulty depending what you’re looking for!   • A bit slow but good if you’re healthy

    I used this for a few months and liked the 15min exercises, easy to fit into my day. It progressed a little too slowly for me so I lost a bit of motivation to continue. Also, I have significant degeneration in my lower spine and sadly it looks like I’ll never run again in any case. This App is probably better for those who are already in reasonable health.

  • A Must-Have

    I’ve had this app since its inception. No matter the distance or event, Saturday never disappoints. The Saturday App actually saves me money each month because I have cancelled the auto-ships I have on those pricey name-brand products.
  • Love this app

    I used this to help with my half marathon training. I always used the warm up's and the stretches. The only time I ignored my warm up I injured my hip abductors! Lesson learnt! But dynamic runner to the rescue because I used the recovering from injury program to get back on track and within 3 weeks was fully recovered.

    I also loved the Pilates and yoga they are just long enough to be effective and feel the stretching but not so long that I didn't have time to do them.

    Highly recommend this as an all rounder app for anyone that runs a lot

    Absolutely love this app …and it’s awesome value for money . The contents are insane … so much helpful information and programs to keep you on your A game. Love love love it 🙌💕.

    Could there be a section on running form ( great for beginners and those more advanced ) .

    Is there any interval training sessions for improvement in running times .

    If your a runner 🏃‍♀️ and you don’t have this app …. You need to get it . Like they say … RUN 🏃‍♀️ DONT WALK 😃

  • Keeps me moving

    Great layout and easy to access. The strength workouts have been a lifesaver for my running life. I thought I could train for a marathon by simply following a running schedule but hip pain stopped me cold. After some time off and using the strength routines I’m back to running and feeling good. Will definitely keep these routines as part of my training regimen.
