  • Love this app!

    If only I had access to this when I was in the prime of my racing. I could have avoided so much missed time and injury. I’m way stronger now since using the programs. I’m learning how to properly stretch, strengthen and support my body to allow me to continue to run pain free! This is an app I will continue to use. Thank you!

  • Excellent strength training

    This is exactly what I’ve needed postpartum to strengthen my hips, abs and knees. The exercise routines are thorough, easy to follow, and build incrementally without injuring. Now I’m strong enough to run without injury and will continue these routines to prevent injuries.
  • Wouldn’t be without this app

    I don’t often feel the need to write reviews for apps but this app is a hidden gem! The app is easy to navigate with a whole host of different features such as injury prevention and daily stretching, which is really important for running. The videos are high quality, instructions clear and not excessively long…a little definitely goes a long way.

  • Absolute Game Changer

    I am an anti stretcher as always found too boring and pointless until running/cycling/weight training injuries started getting worse. I went with the monthly option but changed to yearly after only 20 days as already feeling so much better. The stretches and advice/videos to follow are brilliant so go for it!!!!

  • I’m actually doing it!

    I’ve been a runner for about 15 years and have typical runner knee issues. I’ve known I needed to do strength work and stretching but have never followed through. This app makes it so easy to just follow along and do the exercises. I’m working through the knee rehab program and also using the warm up and stretching videos. Not having to think about what I’m going to do has made alll the difference. I just do what Coach tells me and I’m good to go. I highly recommend this app!!

  • Good app for beginner strength trainers

    I think this app is great for the typical runner, who usually neglects strength training, stretching, warm ups and foam rolling. I came to running as someone with a solid strength training practice, so I’ve personally been disappointed. Even the advanced workouts are too beginner and only work for me as a rest/recovery day routine. I had a tendon injury and didn’t find the knee rehab program helpful. I wish there was more advanced content and that the app support team had been more responsive when I provided that feedback. But if you are looking to start strength training and to build strong habits around your running base, start here.

  • Love this app!

    As a runner who runs 4 days a week and prone to injury, I Have started using dynamite runner for a couple of months now, and it helped me prevent injuries and I run better at a better pace. I do the stretching exercises every two days even on my day off running.
  • Loved it until the most recent update

    Loved this app until the most recent update. Getting it into landscape view is super glitchy and will only allow it in full screen while watching videos. Videos stopped auto-marking themselves as complete and now I either have to do it myself or restart the app and then sometimes it’s marked as complete. Otherwise, great content. Just unfortunate it went backwards in usability.

  • Love this app!

    I initially downloaded this app after sustaining a knee injury and used it daily for 6 weeks - problem fixed! Now I do stretching most days, enjoy a bit of yoga, warm up properly and love this app!
    The routines are simple to follow, vary daily and really work. You can target problem areas when needed or just continue with maintenance stretches. Would recommend ++

  • Keeps me running!

    This is a fantastic app and great value for money.

    I have been using this for seven months now and have used the injury series, but most commonly use the stretching and weights programs. I’m able to run further and more frequently.

    The sessions are long enough to feel the benefits, and convenient enough to fit in my day. The variety is great too.
