Great Tool for Improving Your Running
I can’t recommend this app and program more. I primarily use the strength training and stretching routines. They keep me on track with improving my running speed (I’m 48 and pretty slow, but I have hope!), and I’ve stayed injury free. I am appreciating the programming in this app. There is lots of detail about how to perform the exercises for beginners. It could be improved by making the calendar easier to access between months. It would also be nice to be able to enter a whole series of programming with one or two clicks, instead of having to put them into the calendar individually.Show lessBest app for runners
This app is the best! It is tailored for runners, well organized and includes enough variation to keep it interesting. Along with increasing cadence and landing mid-foot instead of heel strike—Dynamic Runner got me back to running my favorite distance (10 K) pain free!I’m one month into the mobility programme
I have yet to notice the benefits, but I don’t think one month will undo several years of rigidity so I have realistic expectations.
I really like how the videos are laid out with the specific muscle you are targeting highlighted which is really handy.Accessible

I’ve been running for 20+ years but only started using the Dynamic Runner program about a month ago. Not only do I enjoy it, I’ve also found it’s made a big and positive impact on my running. The daily stretching and mobility program have improved my body posture significantly with running but also in general.

This app is great! I have had more than my fair share of injuries and health scares recently but each time I’ve been able to pick up this app and use the training to get me back on track! Particularly the stretch and mobility which I do daily. The yoga and Pilates are great also as well as the strength training! Big fan of Dynamic Runner! Have used the warmup programs before & stretching & mobility programs after running & HIIT workouts. Love the variety combined with some repetition to build confidence in the movements. Used the injury reprogramming a time or two & that was helpful too.
Had been doing same set of static stretches for years. Just run it & follow - no need to think.Show less
