Works Great
I’m 64 and have been using this app whenever I get a chance. My drives are going 10 to 15 yards farther just with the stretching. It definitely works and no need to drive to the gym.J Gadac

No Support!
I downloaded the app and went through the registration and account set up. There were no instructions about length/complexity of password. I was unable to log in and when I asked to reset the password, I do not get anything in my email. I sent a message to support, but it says a response will take 2 days. Really!!!!!!Show less2docs2
Definitely helps improve flexibility
I started using the app several months ago. I have found with age I have lost flexibility and this in turn impacts my golf swing. Using the exercises regularly has helped greatly to counteract the impact of aging! Highly recommendedFinals24
Terrible initial user experience
I signed up for the annual package with a free 7-day trial through the App Store. The app keeps asking me for a login which it never had me create initially and now I cannot access content at all. There’s no way to set one up either. I’ve never had this happen with any other app, very disappointing.Show lessMilo B's mama
Great for golfer mobility!
The stretches hit all the muscles needed for golf and I appreciate having a quick session for each day. Also, the injury prevention programs are great! I used the Golfer’s Elbow program when I was having pain and haven’t had issues since!Mclark20
