Can’t get past the Sync Page
I can’t get past the sync page. It syncs for hours and hours and nothing ever happens. I’ve deleted the app and restarted multiple times. The instructions provide no guidance regarding the sync process. I’m very frustrated. The ring is useless since I can’t get the sync to complete.Sensible
A very affordable alternative to $300+ rings. More reliable than <$100 rings. Like that the app is available on iPhone and iPadTerrible product and customer service
I got my ring in April of this year (2024) and it worked great for the first two week. Then I had issues charging it. I contacted customer service no response. I still continued to have issues charging it but I would eventually get the ring to charge to 100%. Now it’s not holding a charge. Contacted customer service again, no response same as last time. I charged it for 4 hours this morning because the manual says that resets the battery. It’s been off the charger for 3 1/2 hours and it’s already at 53% contacted customer support again for the 3rd time and guess what, no response. What a waist of 250$Developer Response
