· Now you can set a preparation time before every workout or breath-hold test, ranging from 5 seconds to 10 minutes. Start your sessions on your terms with a more tailored experience.
SOUND WARNINGS & COUNTDOWNS
· Receive warnings at 30 and 15 seconds (customizable from the settings).
· Enjoy a countdown from 5 to 0 before each breath-hold to help you focus and prepare.
