  • Slow, laggy and takes forever to get paid.

    No way to save a percentage of your deposits into a saving so there is no point in a money card like this when it could just be given in cash at the end of shift like most restaurants.
  • I miss wisely

    There’s no function to have saving envelopes or to set money aside in any way, no function for Apple Pay, and the app frequently takes upwards of 5 minutes just to load. Currently been watching a loading wheel on a white page for a good 10 minutes just to see my finances. There’s a reason I transfer all my money out of this app rather than just using the app. Only positive is immediate transfer, but I’ve never used it so.

  • Could be better could be worse

    Good for what it’s meant wish I was able to link to Apple wallet or Apple Pay not the best debit for sending money instantly if you hate fees

  • SAVING ACCOUNT

    PLEASE PUT A SAVING ACCOUNT WHERE I CAN MOVE SOME OF MY MONEY INTO SAVINGS. This is the onlyyy pay app I’ve seen without a savings account. You guys have continually updated the app which is very appreciated but please we need a saving account feature added !

  • This app needs work

    They have no immediate customer service or any kind of chat service you have to wait 24 hours when you need help which is not necessarily great when it comes to something related to money. I don’t appreciate the fact that I have to wait several days for any solution.

  • The best network for work

    Ferry has been a breath of fresh air since my company switched. The customer service was quick and responsive ( I had a few issues setting it up) and the app is helpful in letting me know when I get my deposits.

    I love this app they don’t take to long to help fix the problem and it’s a good banking app I love it so much . Definitely worth it . It’s also perfect when u u get tips too it’s deposit with in a hr love it !!!

  • Won’t let me transfer money

    I’m trying to do rapid transfer but nothing pops up just a blank screen
