Game changer for breathing in my Viking
The HARDEST part of cold plunging is the initial shock when hopping in. Luckily, Nordic Wave referred me to Peak Flow when I purchased my Viking so I could practice breathing correctly. What I thought was going to just be an app to simply cold plunge, has turned into a lifestyle breathing app that’s completely changed my life.
