App Get Stuck, Never Worked
I tried to pair this ear camera with my phone through wifi like the instructions say. I connected my phone to the device, at first I didn’t give it permission to gather data about other devices in my network, and the app wasn’t working. Then I tried to delete and re-download the app and this time give it access to gather data about other devices in my network, and it still did not work. By “not working” I mean I went to the app after I connect my phone to the device via wifi and it just keeps flipping between the home page of the app and what I’m guessing is the camera page. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app, hit forgot network, tried to turn it off and pair it with my phone about 5 times now, and it is still not working. I am super disappointed as I was very excited to try this out. Now I’m probably just going to end up returning it. Probably gonna delete Temu too while I’m at itShow lessJoey Schiavone
User error
I bought this the other day and then seen the reviews when I went to download this but its user error because it works really good download the app on your wifi/data first before you turn it on once it’s downloaded then turn it on and connect it to your phone through wifi when the blue light is flashing and then open the app works straight awayShow lessBurgerzlol

I have tried for days to connect but it’s not doing anything read other people’s reviews and I have tried everything but not connecting and I have very excellent internet service. Don’t recommend this application for anyone it simply doesn’t work.User LG1
Rubbish
Followed instructions and although it powers on, does not connect to iPhone. Just get blank screen. Waste of money.female31130

Using ear pick
Turn on ear pick when flashing blue
Go into settings go onto WiFi (not Bluetooth )
Then click on hndec 55
Then go to app and connectLenny par
Doesn’t work
The device simply doesn’t work with the app. No matter installing removing and installing again. Following the instructions to a T. It doesn’t work and I really wish it did. 😕FantaOrangePop
