Instructions lacking
Took a while to show on my WiFi list. Instructions don’t mention that this needs to be connected before using the app and connecting on the app(iPhone). As other reviews mention, the app will just jump to settings if this isn’t done.Princess lindy
Instructions unclear but works great if you do this:
1. Turn on stick (hold power for a few seconds until blue light steadily flashes)
2. Open app & click start & it takes you to your settings control to allow local network (one time setting)
3. Go to phone settings to WiFi & search for HND********* & connect to it (the stick broadcast the picture on 2.4 GHz WiFi signal)
Note: This app doesn’t connect to your WiFi network. The stick broadcasts a WiFi signal that you connect to with your phone so the app can see what the stick sees.Show lessjeff1965s
iPhone not work
Doesn’t work with iPhones. Just keeps sending me to settings._Jc12345_
Does not work
This app worked only once since we got the device. Does not connect at all to Internet and we had follows all the steps to make work. Very disappointed.StudentOO2
Terrible new app
Brought the ear camera and the original app worked fine. Stopped working recently so I deleted the original app to re download it to find they updated/changed the app. Got the new app and followed the instructions many times. Now it doesn’t work at all. Extremely unhappy and unable to contact the developers or get this issue sorted at all. Now I have a useless ear camera I can’t use. Developers please contact me and sort this out or you can refund me the cost of the camera.Show lessNpheff
Help Needed
I tried going to the support site but it’s in another language so I’m hoping this is ok. I have been able to connect the device via WiFi and got this to work once before. But now when I open the app and click start, I do not see a camera view. It is only a white screen with the normal options at the bottom. How do I get it to show the camera image? Good product
I just used this for the first time. The camera isn’t the highest of quality but completely usable. It’s easy to get wax on it and have the vision be obscured, though. When that happens use a toothpick to get it out, and wipe off wax from the scoop with a tissue. Clean it with isopropyl alcohol so you can reuse the same tip and it’s a good product. I like the fact that you can record a video with it, but the duration isn’t very long.Show lessEclipse_the_Zoroark
