Pretty cool
The instructions are a bit confusing to understand but after a few minutes I pretty much understood what they were telling me. Overall a pretty good product I was able to see inside my ear. The camera is a bit hard to maneuver to get to see all the way inside my ear but after a few tries I was able to get it. Love this product. ❤️Show lessSonia’s!

It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to connect it because I miss read the instructions. It did say connect to the Wi-Fi of the device but for some reason I thought it was Bluetooth. Once I got the device connected it was smooth sailing. The image was clear, bright light, and nice length. The only problem I had was the green tip covers were not as expandable as it thought. I went to slide one green tip cover on and it tore easily in half before it covered the entire tip.Show lessDisney002
Doesn’t connect to my phone
I downloaded the app, every time I touch the start button, it takes me to settings to choose blue tooth or Wi-Fi and then nothing. Not happy at all.Valednbaked

The instructions are not the same, but come on, it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. It works well. The only improvement I can think of is the lighting. It can be a bit brighter. Other than that, 5/5 👍-kraiz-
Pretty Good Device
There are a few tricks to getting this to work as the instructions aren’t great.
1. charge it before you do anything else it only takes a couple of minutes
2. Download the app
3. going to your Wi-Fi settings and while you have the wand turned on and close by to your phone for the Wi-Fi starting with HND then hit connect. It took me several times for it to actually connect up and as soon as it did go back to the app and the red bar should appear.
4. Press the red bar and the camera should work.
5. the app developers really need to put some time into improving the directions. Apart from that I think it’s pretty goodShow lessnoddycccccccc
