The app was okay until recently when I updated my iOS on my phone now it only works for approximately 30 seconds and I have to exit and reopen the app. I’m not sure if this would help but maybe the app could use a update.❤️Dragons❤️
Terrible connection
Item seems to work however connecting it to the app is extremely temperamental. It never connects, even after multiple attempts. I have requested a refund for the item. Very bad product.Slattery67

WiFi connection
Instructions not clear. I kept trying to find it under Bluetooth but my phone wouldn’t find the device. You have to open your WiFi settings in your phone to find the HNDEC network and connect to that. Network is an unsecure network. Then it works.Connection instructions

App and instructions do not match. The iOS instructions include steps that don’t exist. When you go to connect it, you have to manually open WiFi settings as tapping the app only opens its own App setting and the WiFi settings were not in there. From the WiFi screen locate the listing for HDN and tap it to connect. It’s glitchy and the image connection lags quite a bit.Show lessZaralyndra

Download the app
Turn the device on and hold 3 seconds until the button’s blue light flashes continually
It creates a wifi connection
Go into your wifi settings and look for an available connection that will look something like “HNDEC-XXXXX”
Select to join that network
Go back into the app and the camera should be showing.

Unable to connect as it just wants to open Apple settings each time you try to connect wifi, even though mobile data and all the limited options are ticked.
The manual is in terrible ‘Chinese’ English which doesn’t invoke much confidencestevo123z1
Can’t even connect
I just got this and I can’t even get it to connect on the app. The instructions say “click the blue finding button to search WiFi” but the app says the device is disconnected! And there’s absolutely no help in the app or instructions. Glad I only WASTED $9 on this piece of junk!Gleas99
