Get used to the word disconnected because after about 4 days that’s all the product tells you. So frustrating!! I don’t recommend this product.
Even when the ring is fully charged I have a hard time connecting it. When the ring is not connected you have no access to your previous data.
I’ve had my smart ring for a week now. Once I figured out how to charge it and set to the app it functions perfectly. I’m much more confident in working it into my life style. I am a caregiver constantly washing my hands so that activity is still being worked out. The Ring does everything I need especially helping track sleep habits and daily steps. The price is reasonable compared to better known brands and I think mine looks like a nice piece of jewelry. The big test is longevity. No complaints going forward, thanks!!

The ring itself looks very nice. However, when I first got it, there was a couple of issues that needed to be fixed so I got a hold of the people that sold it and they were very helpful and we got the issues taken care of. Impress me more than anything was as soon as I sent an email. I always got a reply within a couple hours. I would definitely buy again from those company………
Enjoying that it works. This is a great product if you like easy and simply fast results. It’s been about 2 months and it is keeping track of everything. My doctor was impressed!
Started out with a five star review… when it worked it was brilliant… 10 days in it was just a pretty ring and did nothing… wouldn’t charge, connect or do anything else… don’t waste your money
I Wish it had a selfie remote like most other smart rings. .

But what many people don't know is that our entertainment rings were invented before sports and health rings! We have also received a lot of feedback from users, so we added intelligent control settings in 1.2.4. If you have purchased an entertainment ring, you can find Intelligent Control in Mine ->More Settings, where you can set the entertainment modes enabled for the ring, such as up and down scrolling for short videos, left and right scrolling for novels, and selfie mode! Unfortunately, currently sports and health rings cannot merge with entertainment rings in terms of hardware functionality, which means you may need to purchase another ring. But we can also look forward to the near future, where even small caterpillars can break free from their cocoons and become butterflies, soaring in the sky!I tried this ring twice, both times they did not work.
