Right out of the box there were issues. Directions are basic and vague, with no real troubleshooting info. Charging is weird, with varying patterns of orange and green lights, so, no way to tell if you’re really charging or not. Never got the ring to pair with the app at all, and again, no real troubleshooting steps or solutions offered. Waste of time and money.
I’ve been trying for days and I cannot get this app to work or recognize my ring. I’ve tried everything posted to do but still doesn’t work. I was so hopeful but now I’m going to need to return this ring and delete this app.
This is not working at all ! I have tried several times to disconnect & reconnect nothing . I am so displeased with this purchase & product!!
My ring worked on at the beginning and now the device says disconnected and there is no help to fix the problem.
The ring was sized wrong, but I decided to keep it and just use it on a small finger. But… after charging the ring and following the instructions, it still wouldn’t work. Numerous emails later…. Still nothing from the seller. Awful product and even worse customer service.
Worked for the first day. Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. Spins around forever unable to connect. Ring is heavier than anticipated as well.
Seriously need to review the connection process as this is a serious pain and not what you should expect
It is working fine but cannot share data with apple health, if you fix that, it would be 5 stars
My ring connected to the WiFi for the first day and since then it won’t connect. The company has a poor return policy too.
Instructions are very vague about the red light in the greenlight. Is this communist China where the red light is go in the green light means it’s not working. It will not connect to Bluetooth so it’s essentially worthless.
