My ring connected to the WiFi for the first day and since then it won’t connect. The company has a poor return policy too.
Will not connect to Bluetooth
Instructions are very vague about the red light in the greenlight. Is this communist China where the red light is go in the green light means it’s not working. It will not connect to Bluetooth so it’s essentially worthless.
Not thrilled at all.
The program doesn’t stay synced it isn’t user friendly. Now I know why it’s $200 less then the well known brand. If I can I will be returning it.
Waste of money
This ring does not stay connected to the app. Instructions are awful. Does not stay connected to language selected. Displays stuff in Chinese and will not convert from kg and cm. It’s a shame because measurements seem to be pretty close, but it is not reliable.

It took me about 6 hours to charge it the first time. But otherwise 5 stars!
Stopped charging
Charged 100 then two at 60 now won’t charge. Yet again wrong size. Are mm shorter in china?
Doesn’t work
Couldn’t be connected nor activated, I have been trying for over three days.
App doesn’t record/store dater
The app for some reason doesn’t store/track my dater so I cannot monitor my results throughout the day.
Not suited for purpose
The device only records sleep overnight. If you work nights this function is useless.
Day 2 of using the device and it disconnecte. I haven't been able to get it to connect. When not connected you have no access to historical data.
It doesn't integrate with any of my health apps, preventing this data from being preserved elsewhere.
Recommend the app get updated to allow presentation of the data when the device is offline. Integrate it with other health apps and work on reliability for the hardware.
