  • App does not work.

    App doesn’t remember if you have a subscription, so if you close the app you’re going to need to pay each time you open it. But why open it when it won’t connect to the vehicles anyway? Don’t waste your time or money - I’m not sure why Apple even allows this sort of extreme amateur stuff on their store.

  • Just annoying. Not useful.

    This is truly just an annoying little app. When it notifies you of a sentry alert it, merely takes you to your tesla app where you then have to go into sentry, live view on your own.

    I thought, at best, like the new Tesla function on alarms, it would show you the sentry video. At a minimum it would open the Tesla app and take you to the live view. It does neither of those things. So by the time you actually open the Tesla app, go to sentry and then live view, the incident is gone.

    Don’t get why anyone would find this useful.

    Dear user, there is a delay in opening the live stream, that if not an issue of Sentry Pro, but instead of how the Tesla system works. It is a design choice of Sentry Pro to notify you earlier, over waiting for the video to be ready and then notify you!   • Doesn’t work at all

    Notifies you when no one is around, doesn’t notify you when people walking by the car. This app has one job and it doesn’t even do the job it wants to do. Utterly useless. And they want you to subscribe lol.

  • Garbage. Doesnt alert.

    No matter if my Model Y is on wifi or cellular, same for my phone, i never received any alerts. Id go to my car and had missed sentry alerts in the car’s tablet but nothing in my phone. Notifications were allowed on the phone. I left both the tesla app and Sentry app open. Doesnt work. Dont waste ur time nor $

  • Well …….

    Seems like a nice idea but does not work consistently. Often loses connection to car or account necessitating either restoring purchase or logging out and back into Tesla account.

  • Not worth the price

    For what it does it’s not worth the sub. It doesn’t even log date/time of alerts. Most of the time it won’t report an event.

    Dear user, notifications came timestamped, so you know when the event happened. The app will not keep a history of the past events after you open them, as it will just complicate the UX with events that are generally not useful after seen.     I haven’t received any notifications. This should be done directly in the Tesla app and not a separate one.
