A bit disappointing
I get notifications - but it doesn’t link to the camera. By the time I have connected - there’s nothing there!
It doesn’t take a recording.
You can’t set limits or zones - so a dog walking down the other side of the street gets a notification.
It needs filters, event data. Immediacy. Otherwise it’s just a constant ill informed interruption.Show lessOso Azul

The subscription price (and free week trial) are mentioned everywhere, from the AppStore page to the subscription screen inside the app!Great app but could be even better!
Please add an option to make notifications critical to override iPhone silent mode.
Also, please add an option to make notifications persistent. I don’t want the notification turning off unless I do it myself (something like a loop).User169410

This is useless app. You get notifications but can’t watch the recording. If you open Tesla app couple seconds later, you won’t know what happened. What’s the point of paying for this app?Garik323

Dear Garik, choosing not to access the recordings was a deliberate decision aimed at reducing the app's required permissions to protect user privacy. However, tapping on the notification will directly open the official Tesla app, allowing you to view the video feed.Every Tesla owner should have this app👍🏽🤍

Dear Steve, you can manage your subscription by visiting the side menu and selecting "Subscription". There you can see your active subscription and tapping "Manage subscription" will allow you to unsubscribe. I just downloaded your app yesterday. It worked ok for one day, but now it keeps showing as my sentry is disabled, when it’s enabled and working fine.
Any idea how to fix it?
