Bad customer support and bad product
This app is extremely inconsistent. It sends you notifications after you open the app and look at the cameras even when the app was running in the background. The customer service did not honor and refund me the 1 year subscription I bought thinking this app works as advertised. Customer service blamed me for not using it “properly” and stopped responding to my emails. This was waste of my money. I do not recommend this app.Show lessAnduril777

Dear user, as we probably explained to you, refunds are issued by Apple, and not Sentry Pro. Therefore, you need to ask for the refund from Apple. The app still offers a free week trial before you purchase a paid subscription, in order for users to know if the app suits their needs before committing to a purchase. When I downloaded this app, I had to give permissions to this app to connect to my Tesla account. For an app that sends me notifications whenever it detects movement near my car, I don’t understand why this app needs to access so much of my Tesla data including gaining access to manage my drivers (add/remove drivers). I gave the app permission since I’m truly interested in receiving notifications right away when it detects something. After I give access, the app can’t find my car… thennnnn it tells me that I have to pay $35 a year to use this feature… this app is a scamShow lessSHAFI the man

Dear user, as an official Tesla developer we are requesting proper permissions as expected, contrary to other apps that are not official and do not request any. Unfortunately, Tesla has no fine grained enough permissions, only some general groups. Additionally, you can use the full features of the app for free in order to evaluate if it suits you. Can you add a time limit to keep the notifications active so let’s say you’re going somewhere for 2 hours or whatever.
Or a way it auto turns notifications off when you go in and out of the car.
Also it’s annoying when you check the cameras you get an alert but I guess that’s unavoidable.MikeRadio

Much needed feature and should have for all Tesla owners. Two clicks and I am receiving instant notification when someone is around my Tesla. Seems unreal, now if know that I am parked in a sketchy place I get notified on the spot. The developer sends regular updates and is doing an amazing work to keep it simple and clean!
