Don’t Order From Here.

Terrible customer service, fail to reply to email inquiries take hours if not days to respond, I have ordered off this website before and been made to wait 3 times for my order to come. I have also chose a certain time slot for them to be delivered and even followed up in an email just to confirm, next thing you know I receive a text early hours in the morning it’s been sent off with the courier when I visually made clear to deliver them between the evening hours. When I tried contacting them to sort this issue out, no response has been given. Do not order from here disgusting customer service.

My mum and aunt have birthdays on the same day and so my brother and I ordered bouquets from you to be delivered. Everything went great, they were so happy and said they had never received such beautiful flowers before! Thank you 💐🌹🌹🌹

Perfect bridal bouquet

I ordered a bridal bouquet for my wedding! Very quick delivery, excellent choice of colours and most importantly they lasted for about a week, it’s just great!

Very suspicious

I had been searching online to buy flowers came across this website advertising same day delivery.

I bought a total £90 worth of flowers to be delivered the same day and paid an extra premium price.

Once i paid i had a pop up on the app now displaying the delivery date to tomorrow.

I then call this company and i speak to a representative that sounds like a robot to be honest. Signal on their end wasn’t all that great either.

After this very suspicious phone i went online to find the “trust pilot” reviews and most confirmed my suspicions.

I then recall to cancel my order and this time the representative on the phone got a little upset she has to change her robotic script.

The representative told me i had to wait for a manager to call me back to cancel my order! Seriously…

Worst Company

This company is not it. Please is you value your money don’t buy from them. They are liars. So basically I’ve wasted 100 pounds for them to just deliver my order tomorrow. As this had to be done today. I’ve payed 15 pounds for the delivery, and the app said they will deliver it today 3pm-6pm. Not good enough. Avoid it. Worst company ever “LTD”

Sun flowers

I ordered sunflowers for my daughter I paid £53. They look terrible I apologised to my daughter for them they are her favourite flowers it really upset me 😞
