I had a response from this company in which part of their response says “Our website is clear and transparent” I thought this issue was solved but they just do not know how to leave me alone. Their own member of staff “Roy” actually said I had been mislead, they took my money despite never having any intention of delivering the same day. Same day delivery was what a chose as well as the time which was also accepted. They gave me a discount and delivered the following day. Do not pretend for one moment that you were in the right. STOP RINGING, TEXTING AND EMAILING ME, you have fully admitted to wrong doing and I have kept all the proof of you doing so.

We have same-day delivery as well as the next day, and we inform about the next day delivery right before you proceed with the purchase, and we also state it in our policy which is available on the website.
