Refusing to refund

I ordered flowers candles and chocolates only to receive the flowers and nothing else when asked about the missing items they offered to refund me this was on the 1st September if you want any advice don’t waste your time or money you won’t receive the full package and they will avoid refunding you

Super! I always order fresh flowers here. Although it says 5 days, with proper care the flowers will last longer

Avoid

Paid for same day delivery between 12-3 the website accepted this, accepted my money and I paid in good faith expecting delivery. When no flowers arrived, I called up where I was basically told tough, they only deliver within London on the same day. When I asked why the website accepted my money and delivery time they could not answer but would not give a refund. This is a company trading on false promises. AVOID

I had a response from this company in which part of their response says “Our website is clear and transparent” I thought this issue was solved but they just do not know how to leave me alone. Their own member of staff “Roy” actually said I had been mislead, they took my money despite never having any intention of delivering the same day. Same day delivery was what a chose as well as the time which was also accepted. They gave me a discount and delivered the following day. Do not pretend for one moment that you were in the right. STOP RINGING, TEXTING AND EMAILING ME, you have fully admitted to wrong doing and I have kept all the proof of you doing so.

We have same-day delivery as well as the next day, and we inform about the next day delivery right before you proceed with the purchase, and we also state it in our policy which is available on the website. We of course would like to make it up to you and make sure you are happy with the outcome. Great service

I chose a bouquet and placed an order. Later, the manager wrote to say that the bouquet l wanted was not available. Together we made a new bouquet from the available flowers. Thanks for the warning, it was very nice of you.

Perfect!

I found beautiful flowers for my bestie! The delivery was on the time and she loved that bouquet and teddy bear! Highly recommend

Convenient

It is convenient that you can order through WhatsApp, they respond quickly, help with the selection and send photos of the bouquet. What I ordered was delivered quickly and everything looked exactly like the photo! I recommend it!

If I could give 0 stars that would be generous

Paid extra to have them delivered and then the app just said they would be delivered a day later.
Tried to have a discussion on the phone about this but the assistant actually hung up on me!
Never been treated this badly by a company before avoid!
