CrAPP APP
The app does not work at all.
Starting with creating an account, although it sends the one time password to the email address that you try to register, it does not recognize that one time password. So you can no longer proceed in setting up the app because you can't login.
To make matters worse: the button it has to resend the OTP does not work. It has no effect whatsoever when pressed
To make matters even more dire, the support button at the top right of the screen produces absolutely no effect either.
It is clear that nobody ever tested this app before it went out on the market. If it were my employee that pushed this to the App Store, he would be looking for another job.
I did attempt to write for support, but no response as of 48 hours at this point, Iam planning on returning my PINTER. because the engineers were not smart enough to realize that relying on a faulty app to tell people how to use their product is a bad thing to do. with no instructions accompanying the product, it is simply a brick and a waste of peoples time and money

Not impressed
Can’t find the instructions on the app, not impressed have to agree with other users that this is not progress.

Love the tracking function, really helpful to remind me when next steps are ready.
Easy to use app with pics and animations
The app does make you create an account even if you created one through their website. That is annoying. But it walks you through the process of setting the whole thing up the first time and how to brew. It also shows you pictures and has animations showing motions in the process.
I started my first batch, the Dark Matter stout. The app also allows you to set the start time and tells you when the brewing and proofing is scheduled to end. Once the first brew is done I'll let the review know how it turns out.

Can’t do anything
Can’t do anything without an account. And can’t create an account because it says the password is not valid, no matter what I enter
Pure rubbish
I can’t even enter a password as it says it’s invalid after I’ve typed in the first letter
No notifications
Old app was good but the new app not as easy to use and not receiving notifications to move brew onto next stage, it needs some work.
Much Worse
Everything is hidden. Have to go searching for what used to be in plain sight. This is not progress
Having now used this for 2 batches, I have to downgrade from 2 stars to 1.
Why can’t I access instructions directly from home page like before (which was the most useful part of the previous version) & the calendar is a mystery.
I get great beer from my Pinters but can only presume that the team have enough experience using theirs that they haven’t bothered to try out the app

It is just as bad as old app but in different ways
It doesn’t have the beer I am brewing
The app is awful
App tells me to enter serial number and name my Pinter, but it won’t accept either one. The app is total garbage.
