Scam

Same as other reviews. Did not subscribe and money taken from my account. App does not show as being an active subscription in my Apple account. Content is completely useless. Believe the reviews.

Refund

I accidentally bought a subscription thinking it was a free trial like it is with most of the apps similar to this. I contacted support as soon as possible and they will not give me my money back. The app doesn’t work for me but even with that, I can not get my money. I don’t have money to spend on things that do not work.

Brainway does not offer a free trial when purchasing directly from us, which is why the subscription charges were applied. The subscription fees are clearly displayed during checkout, in your welcome email, and in our terms and conditions. Refunding

The app much SCAMMED me I was in 9$/week subscription and was charged 42$ out of nowhere. Would not recommend this app. Waste of money and time plus the product isn’t any special, with basic information and a tracking aspect.

How do I even get on?

Downloaded the app, logged in and can’t even get past the startup page. No continue button? Can’t scroll up or down. Completely stuck on the 1st page?

Absolute con - don’t be tempted

Like other reviewers, the app is poor, boring and time consuming. Also I signed up for a limited period, but they have taken money out regardless for a monthly subscription I didn’t sign up for. No way of cancelling in the app, and it doesn’t show up on my Apple subscriptions list. Brainway are now telling me they can’t refund as the service delivered was not faulty. I didn’t ask or sign up for it, so it is basically theft. Surely Apple should vet these companies to ensure they have proper transparent systems in place?? I suppose when it comes to £££ they don’t care.

TOTAL SCAM

If only I’d read the reviews before downloading I would’ve have known yea this is indeed a massive scam. App itself is useless and the sudden payment charge comes out of nowhere and no refunds given. Ironically for a mental health kinda app they cause much vexation and stress. AVOID

Payments taken unfairly

If you sign up for the shortest period - 7 days? - they automatically take payment for the next month and will not refund it. This is not fair as there is no information up front on how to cancel.
Its a cheat, as far as I am concerned

I stopped procrastinating on difficult tasks!

I've tried a few apps to help with focus, and Brainway is one of the better ones. I am way more organized at work and I stopped procrastinating more difficult tasks and homework
