EDIT: so I was indeed able to cash out just not through my bank I had to download and use skrill which isn’t a big deal for me plus the money I won was from a bonus I’d received from the app even not money I had to put in which was pretty awesome so thanks crowncoins much appreciated and I will continue playing/using the app for sure.

I finally won something, but I haven’t been able to successfully withdraw any winnings. I contacted support about it, but I haven’t heard anything back. It’s been almost 24 hours since I first tried and contacted support. If they get back to me and resolve this issue, I will definitely change my review to 5 stars. So far it’s okay.
The only game I’ve played and had the chance to win actual money. The pay out is $50 and I haven’t gotten up to that yet but I’m almost halfway there. I’ve been playing the slots for about a month and haven’t put any of my own money in so I’m definitely not getting rich but I would be playing slots games anyway so the chance to win real money is worth playing them through this app for sure. Thanks for having a great place for me to get my gambling fix without going (more 😂)broke.

I read a bunch of reviews and with a lot of the negative reviews there seemed to be a theme of the authors of those reviews either not making sense and/or coming off as having a few screws loose if you know what I mean. What I’m trying to say is it doesn’t cost anything so give the app a shot but remember it’s literally gambling so if you do choose to play using your own money do know you can and probably will lose at some point. Which that said I decided to move my original 3 star review to 5 to make up for the people who don’t know how to review things properly.

This is the BEST app if you want to win actual money! So many scam games let you win money, but you’ll never receive it.
With this app, I’ve won and cashed out without issue, several times. Also, you can win A LOT of money! I won $200 a couple days ago and $140 a few days prior, both of which have made it to my bank. Since you decided how much money you want to spend, you have the ability to see the difference in your winnings. For instance, this morning I only bet .60 cents and won several thousand. Had I bet more, I would have won more (duh).
Obviously, you don’t always win, but it’s still really fun and there’s a ton of games to choose from!

I admit I was skeptical about this app but I won over $100 my first day playing it without having to deposit any money. Yes, I won from the new player bonus. You do have to wait like a week or less to get it but that’s only because they have to verify your bank account and that you’re a real person and not a computer. Awesome app, Strongly support
I was hesitant at first, and I never deposited money. I logged in every now and then and received the free SC. About a month after having the app, I used the free SC and I actually won. I received my cash out within 24hrs after verification. Verification was a struggle due to glitches within their app. For instance, the spelling of my last name was showing one thing, but if you clicked the edit button it was the complete wrong name, no way of noticing either unless I hit the edit button. That caused an issue during verification and a while to figure it out. However, once that was fixed everything was fine. Tbh, I believe based upon experience that prior to depositing any funds the odds of winning are more in your favor. Once you make your fist deposit the 55% win probability drops to 40%. I tested this theory within this app at it seems to be true cause I’ve won and never deposited money. I’ve tried on other apps and as soon as I deposited money I started loosing. I found the one!!!
After experiencing multiple online sites, I found some that had a great variety of games but the platform it self seemed not so user friendly (to me). Others had easy functionality but the amount of games was severely lacking and then there were a few that gave the impression that regardless of how much you played it was all done in vain and you would walk away with nothing……..that is not a good feeling. SCAM - refusal to payout!
I have all the chat logs saved of this crooked app. Every time I tried to withdraw my winnings some random issue of “oh problem with your name, your address, oh it must be your bank, not our problem” which all of my information was correct, I deposit and withdraw money the same way with my work, bills, other online games and more. Only an issue for them. Their only resolution is for me to download some new money app I never heard of (Skrillz) and give them all my info like I gave CrownCoins and hope that works. Despite having over a week long chat of never ending problems they refuse to fix it, honor any withdrawal requests or even refund anything. Just blaming me and my bank for it not working and telling me to download Skrillz and hope that works. Plus it takes 24hours per chat message response. I guess they are very very busy with so many other upset people. 👎

Won and did not pay after every step
I’m so disappointed! This app really had my hopes up, I hit a few big hits and got up to over $400 I was so excited, so I tried to cash out took the pic of my divers licenses and synced my bank, I tried to cash out at $487 waited a couple days, sent an email waiting something nothing no help. So I started playing again and I lost every bit of it as soon as I went through the cash out process. Before the cash out I was gaining losing 50/50 after I tried to cash out it played down so fast so now I have $11 so no it’s rigged if someone don’t make this right I will absolutely let yall know if they help
