Won and did not pay after every step
I’m so disappointed! This app really had my hopes up, I hit a few big hits and got up to over $400 I was so excited, so I tried to cash out took the pic of my divers licenses and synced my bank, I tried to cash out at $487 waited a couple days, sent an email waiting something nothing no help. So I started playing again and I lost every bit of it as soon as I went through the cash out process. Before the cash out I was gaining losing 50/50 after I tried to cash out it played down so fast so now I have $11 so no it’s rigged if someone don’t make this right I will absolutely let yall know if they help

Be careful
I used to really enjoy this app and then one day it just became very shady. I spent 10 dollars on two separate 4.99 bundles and was charged for three and only received one. Went to try and get help from the 24h support desk. It was mostly some automated response and still has yet to be handled by someone real. Customer service quality it’s based on your vip level. For me I’m happy it was only 5 bucks I lost out on good thing for Apple Pay otherwise I think they would have just taken the extra money and I’d be out 10 but it could have easily been 200 I had put in and the outcome of the situation and the service/support would still be the same. Regardless of the amount you should always be given what your purchasing and as of now and from what my purchase statements show. There taking your money and not giving you your purchases.

This app is a scam
I’ve played on Stake for several years, they use the exact same slot apps. The odds on this platform are completely rigged in comparison to Stake offering the same slots. The app will constantly try to sell you additional coins, and loop you in with daily rewards. You could earn rewards for weeks on end but the slots on here will instantly turn your balance into zero. Doesn’t make sense, and I don’t know how Apple is allowing this, considering it’s a gateway for minors to get into gambling. It would be one thing if the odds were true, but this app is going to give minors the wrong impression and slowly turn them into gambling addicts constantly trying to chase down fake currency. They also have currency on the app you can use to cash out for real money. Each instant I’ve tried using their second currency it’s the exact same results, it will literally take your balance down to 0 every time with no odds of keeping balance, it’s a shame it’s a scam and the folks running this app should be in prison.

By far the best casino where I can win big, redeem and be able to play with knowing that I am able to redeem again. Cautious turned optimistic

The support team banned my account when I tried to redeem
I’ve never made a review before for any game on the App Store but after what happened to me I feel like it’s needed. I saw this app through play Just Play games and most of the ads shows are pretty fake games who just want to take your money. This one looked interesting to me though and looked more legit than the other ads so I gave it a shot. I made an account and didn’t put all my real information just in case if they were stealing information like most of those ads do. I deposited $25 and was able to win and get up to 50. In order to redeem I had to do the verification process so I sent support a message kindly asking if I could just change the personal info of my account to match my credentials. I woke up to my account permanently banned. All I’m going to say is be careful with this app I guess even if you have funds to withdraw they can permanently ban you for anything they seem fit even if all that is is changing a few personal details on my account. Initially… I spent around $500 and got around $900 back. So plus $400! Awesome right?! Now I’m down about $1000 no big wins in about a week or two. Just contributing to the profits… middle class American. Also… I don’t think this app is legal in my state, so I don’t know the work around that they go through. Thinking about reporting? Also, the new Hacksaw company they put in. Garbage. Didn’t know if I should rate this a one star or five star. 💁♂️ Good work casino company! If only I can think of a million dollar idea. Redeeming
First off I gave this game five star because it is an excellent game, it is an honest game, and customer service is very friendly and very fast at getting back to you for support. Now in saying that the only problem I have is with the redemption. We are allowed only two options. The Skrill and the in the other one which is in Chinese writing, and you can’t even understand what it says. I went to the Skrill app and every single review is bad and people are losing their money or getting it frozen or having money taken out of their bank accounts. And of course, this particular app is also not in the United States. Surprise surprise so what I don’t get is how so many people are using this app while getting literally screwed out of their money and not complaining more to the developers of this game to offer a different redemption like PayPal or Venmo or something within the United States that we can use that are honest companies. I have won some money and I have no complaints there, but I refuse to redeem it to the Skrill company that is literally screwing so many people and I don’t understand why the developers of this game do not go to Skrill page and read all the bad reviews, and try to help out customers that they have playing their game that are always given them five stars. I will not redeem any monies that I win until we have different options, honest options that we can trust.
