It always said that OTP has been sent but never received any.Sent Online Payment Twice
Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.***SCAM BE CAREFUL***
APP ASKED YOU FOR YOUR BDO USER NAME AND PASSWORD 🔑 then SAYS “ACCOUNT temporarily locked . For security reasons we temporarily locked your account. RESET YOUR PASSWORD to unlock 🔓 it” I tried to contact the app developers on the apple link for BDO and could not reach a human by phone and there is no email 😳Show less
