Vero good app
Sleeping monitor sì certo good!
Nothing like expected
The Oura Ring adverts make this seem high end. It really isn’t it’s cheap Chinese junk. Why is the app not called Oura? 🤨For the price I was expecting something much better tbh. Makes me wonder if I got sent the right thing. There’s no cardio capacity or CVA suggested on the website. It’s very glitchy. I wear it 24/7 but I’ll go on the app every now and then and it hasn’t recorded any data from the previous few days😵💫It also does not remind me when the battery is low😵💫and it won’t record naps or daytime sleep which is a bummer because I work nights 😵💫

Was great
I’ve had this ring for 7 months and it no longer automatically records data. Don’t waste your money on this device.
Great And wonderful
I have a habit of exercising ,so I bought a Ring to record my exercise Data. There are different exercise Modes to record, and I can exercise with only the Ring without my phone. After connecting to Bluetooth ,it will upload the data which is very convenient.
Good, but not great so far
So far I’ve only used the app for 1 day so I haven’t had much experience just yet. The features and data it provides is great but I wish there was more detail in each graph and piece of information it displays including being able to zoom in on certain aspects
Basic but nice app
Like the app. Would be great to have hour or half hour markers along the bottom of the sleep chart - and to log my workout retrospectively if I forget to do so before I start.
Great little App
I like it and it works perfectly with my smart ring.
Two things I hope will be updated with an update:
1. More temp insights
I would love to see more temperature options displayed, eg the regular temperature measured instead of only just the difference.
2. iPhone widget
Also, an option to have the app stats as a widget on my iPhone would be so helpful!

Loses connection while exercising
Loses connection when I’m walking, playing tennis or doing Pilates. It doesn’t matter if my phone is on me or close by.
Good start, would love more analytics
The app is okay. I had a weird bug for a bit where putting my height and weight in would *refuse* to save, so I was 18ft tall and 29lbs for a few days lol. Honestly if I'm granting access to my Apple Health data anyway, why do I need to put that in again?
The Heart Rate seems fairly close to my Apple Watch, within a few BPM when I've spot-checked it. The Sleep Tracking, which is the main reason I got this ring, seems... somewhat accurate? Sort of hard to gauge. It has a graph and breaks down sleep into three phases: Restful, Light, and REM. It also spits out a Sleep Quality Score but it never seems to dip below the 80s, whether I get over 8 hrs or less than 6.
There's some historical data available in terms of Day/Week/Month, but it's cumbersome to navigate and somewhat inscrutable to analyze. Some charts are interactive and others are static. Some have "Learn More" education and some barely explain themselves. I was previously using the calendar icon in the top right to swap days, but while writing this review discovered I can swipe left-right on the display to access other days.
Overall, the most interesting stat I've learned from wearing this for three weeks so far is that my sleeping heart rate patterns reflect poor sleep. I always seem to have my lowest HR just before waking up, and the educational component informed me that the nadir should be closer to the middle of the night. Yeah, I knew I woke up groggy, but this gives me a new metric to watch.
I'd like to see more data parsing options and some better analytics. Importing and exporting data to CSV would be awesome.

Bug in profile settings
Just purchased so I can only comment on the bug in the profile section of the app. When I set my weight, the app changes my height. If I fix my height, it changes my weight. So I’m either (incorrectly) 10 ft tall or I weigh 29 lbs. If either of these measurements are used to generate data, that data will be wrong. Please fix this bug
