بصراحة مو من النوع حق تقييم لاني اعتبرها شكليات ونادرا الشركات بتهتم غير في مبيعاتها وارقامها (للاسف) لكني ساخط وجاي اسخط على هالتطبيق اللي يرفع الضغط واللي يستمر بتعقيدك بدال ما يسهل حياتك وفوق هذا مليان عيوب برمجية وفشل في النظام وفجأة يطلع من التطبيق ،، توقعت الامر يحتاج تحديث لكن فعليا لا ،، طيب وين الخلل؟؟ يا جماعة حدثوا تطبيقكم وصلحوا مشاكلكم في البرمجة ووو…. مو عشاننا والله عشانكم وعشان فلوسكم ومصلحتكم!!!garni272

للاسف وصمة عار في تاريخ شركات الطيران السعودي
المقاعد رديئة و صغيرة جدا وتشعر انك جالس على حديد وكابوس اثناء المطبات الهوائية
عند الكاونتر الموظفين غير مهذبين و حاليا يحاولون تقليد الشركات الاقتصادية الخاصة العالمية ولكن بطريقة خاطئة
حيث لا يذكر اثناء الحجز اون لاين اي رسوم اضافية مطلوبة
وعند الكاونتر يطلب منك رسوما اضافية لقطع البوردينج
و جملة حافظينها طبعا ( نظام جديد) و هو مجانا لو انك استخرجت اونلاين البوردينج !!
وطبعا اثناء المحادثة غياب كامل للمهنية و لاخلاق مقدم الخدمة في الدول الاخرى يخاطبك الموظفين بادب شديد و بجملة ( سيدي باللغة الانجليزية) ما يقابلها : طال عمرك .. الخ … اسلوبهم عفش و استفزازي مهزلة الحقيقة يوظفون اشخاص غير مدربين ولا مهذبين!!
