Poor customer service

I purchased the Plunge over a week ago, and had issues with the water, smelling like coolant from the chiller, which made me suspect that in the delivery process something was broken. I have reached out several times to customer service and nobody is able to help, instead of giving me an answer they redirect me and tell me they’re gonna give me a response either by email or by phone and I have not received this. there are plenty of options on the market and this is what the customer service is like I would not recommend.

My focus on health

I’m turning 50 this year. Last year I got a cold plunge. This year I got the sauna. Both have incredible health benefits, and my daily routine of 15 minutes in the sauna followed by five minutes in the cold plunge is the best thing I’ve done for my health in a long time, both physically and especially mentally. It’s all a part of my lifestyle now and everyone deserves to do this for themselves. Eat well, exercise, and do everything you can to improve your health.

Best Choice

I looked for a while at different cold plunge options, but choosing Plunge was the best choice ever. The water stays clean with no chemicals, it’s comfortable…I highly recommend getting the pad to step on when you get out. I keep it in my basement and it works great!

Plunge good design app is terrible

I just got my Plunge and the app hasnt worked since day 1. Customer support is no help not until i pushed to speak to someone higher up was i connected to a Plunge employee. 5 days now and still no response. Seems like a lot of money to pay for something that all i have been doing is trying to get issues resolved with no success. It is a headache

Hey Eddie! I’m sorry there’s been some issues for you since you’ve gotten your Plunge. We did some digging and looks like you may have been able to connect with our support team. For the tub connecting issue, once a tub is connected to a login it can’t be connected to another. So unfortunately if there are two accounts, one may not be able to connect to the tub. For the sessions not saving… we hate hearing that this happened. However we just release v2.4 yesterday so if for some reason a session wasn’t saved properly (or forgot to log one), you can now manually add a session too! Click ‘Show all’ under your Recent sessions and click the ‘+’ button. Please let us know if you have any other issues. Plunge

Not up to the standard of the product

The app is extremely simple and missing seemingly obvious features. Not being able to backdate sessions that didn’t save is frustrating when 70% of the app’s capabilities is tracking your streak. Having breathing exercises available while the timer is going seems to be an obvious thing to add. Essentially just a stopwatch at this point.

Hey tyooiopyyygg! Being able to backdate a session was actually added in our last update (v2.4)! We were as excited about it as you are. Check out your recent sessions and you’ll notice a ‘+’ in the top right corner. Manual Entry is now an option! Thank you for the feedback on the timer as well. We’ve got a looooong list of features to build so stay tuned 💪

Love it so far

It was super easy to connect my Plunge and the tub controls are seamless. Timers are great and can even take your selfie at the end which is super fun. I have started tracking my daily sessions and streak motivates me to plunge daily.

App needs work

I just started using the Plunge app for my new Cold plunge. It’s been crashing multiple a day, often logging me out or showing that I have no plunge in my products. Closing and reopening the app generally takes care of that issue but it’s quite annoying.

As far as functionality goes, it’s extremely basic. Basically change temp, turn on light and pause. It would be nice if they allowed scheduling of a plunge where you set the temp you want it to be by when and the plunge just gets it there. I also heard the app would be able to diagnose any issues with the chiller, but I did not see that functionality either.

All in all, it’s an okay start, but I expect more.

Hey xiaoxiong87. Thank you so much for sending in a review. Unfortunately we encountered an outage a couple days ago that resulted in everyone being logged out and unable to get back in. We’ve tirelessly worked to get everything back to its normal state and there should be no more issues for you. Sincerely apologize for the issue. In our most recent release of v2.3, we actually completely rebuilt our scheduling capability to prepare for scheduling of additional products. Currently only Saunas can be scheduled, but we are working on Plunges as well. As far as diagnosing issues, currently the Commercial Plunges support additional metrics in the app… however it is on our roadmap to unlock these metrics for more Plunges periodically. We’re working extremely hard and are very excited about all the potential functionality. We can’t wait to unlock it all for everyone! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Optimistic

Love my plunge all in but the app is just so limited. Very little data and reports; it offers this high level view of the week, month but I can’t even find a list of my plunges with respective detail. It does not sync or export to Apple health and I can’t export a list of plunges either. The reason. I’d like this level of detail is I’m methodical on how much and what temp. I’m setting goals and tracking/correlating to heart rate. Would be really cool if you can set up hours and the temp you want the plunge to be at. For example 50 degrees throughout the night and then 40 degrees at a certain time you plunge at so the system doesn’t have to keep working to keep it at 40. There are just so many features they could have but at least the plunge itself has been amazing. Keep improving the app please!!!

5/8 lost 2 days of plunge entries and no way to manually create them except to run the timer but it won’t be on the same day. 🥲

Excellent App and Products

I got one of the first All Ins and a Sauna XL - the fact that one app can control and track both is great. First off it’s stable and never crashes and the incremental changes and improvements are great. They listen to the user base and improve the app within weeks which is great.

Apple Fitness integration might be good but I can do that on the fitness app on my watch.

Good Start. Needs work.

Logging is primary benefit. Needs work: - timers do not remain accurate if app is in background or if device goes into Lock Screen. - iPad needs it’s own version to take advantage of real estate. - should add variety of completion sounds… that persist until Save & Close button selected. When I’m in my sauna, I like to read various things on my iPhone. This completely wrecks the timing feature. Ditto if I turn my screen off. Thus, only using now for logging purposes. iPad’s built-in timers are preferred otherwise.

UPDATE:
Currently just using on iPad. New versions look nice… but I cannot find any Timer Complete Sounds. Am I missing something? Also, I assumed that settings and data would be synched between devices, yet I do not see any way to log in on my iPhone. Thanks!
