Hey Eddie! I’m sorry there’s been some issues for you since you’ve gotten your Plunge. We did some digging and looks like you may have been able to connect with our support team. For the tub connecting issue, once a tub is connected to a login it can’t be connected to another. So unfortunately if there are two accounts, one may not be able to connect to the tub. For the sessions not saving… we hate hearing that this happened. However we just release v2.4 yesterday so if for some reason a session wasn’t saved properly (or forgot to log one), you can now manually add a session too! Click ‘Show all’ under your Recent sessions and click the ‘+’ button. Please let us know if you have any other issues. Plunge

Hey tyooiopyyygg! Being able to backdate a session was actually added in our last update (v2.4)! We were as excited about it as you are. Check out your recent sessions and you’ll notice a ‘+’ in the top right corner. Manual Entry is now an option! Thank you for the feedback on the timer as well. We’ve got a looooong list of features to build so stay tuned 💪

App needs work
As far as functionality goes, it’s extremely basic. Basically change temp, turn on light and pause. It would be nice if they allowed scheduling of a plunge where you set the temp you want it to be by when and the plunge just gets it there. I also heard the app would be able to diagnose any issues with the chiller, but I did not see that functionality either.
All in all, it’s an okay start, but I expect more.

Hey xiaoxiong87. Thank you so much for sending in a review. Unfortunately we encountered an outage a couple days ago that resulted in everyone being logged out and unable to get back in. We’ve tirelessly worked to get everything back to its normal state and there should be no more issues for you. Sincerely apologize for the issue. In our most recent release of v2.3, we actually completely rebuilt our scheduling capability to prepare for scheduling of additional products. Currently only Saunas can be scheduled, but we are working on Plunges as well. As far as diagnosing issues, currently the Commercial Plunges support additional metrics in the app… however it is on our roadmap to unlock these metrics for more Plunges periodically. We’re working extremely hard and are very excited about all the potential functionality. We can’t wait to unlock it all for everyone! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. 5/8 lost 2 days of plunge entries and no way to manually create them except to run the timer but it won’t be on the same day. 🥲

Hey 1bigwang1… We just released version 2.2 today in an effort to resolve most of these issues. If you’re still experiencing problems please contact us and we’ll work with you directly to resolve. We don’t want those issues to exist either! support@plunge.com
Excellent App and Products
Apple Fitness integration might be good but I can do that on the fitness app on my watch.

UPDATE:
Currently just using on iPad. New versions look nice… but I cannot find any Timer Complete Sounds. Am I missing something? Also, I assumed that settings and data would be synched between devices, yet I do not see any way to log in on my iPhone. Thanks!

Hey scottH2… We heard you loud and clear! Today we’ve released a completely rebuilt timer to resolve as many issues as possible! We’ve got a lot more on the list and there’s no stopping in sight.
