Have been working out intensively for a very long time, so I was rather a rôti al about how much added value this can be, but it is actually amazing.
Whether you want to add that extra level of assistance in your work-out routine, or you won’t to redesign the program altogether, this app can help a lot. It does tailor the workout based on your access to the equipment and any injuries that you may have. The guidance is very clear and intuitive and it actively tracks your form and gives tips. What I found helpful is that I can customize my workout based on my time availability by adjusting the time or swapping out some of the exercises.
Also, it helps with meal plan and meal tracking. That was always my biggest pain point - I love food and I am not disciplined when it comes to it. Additionally I have no idea how good or bad different meals are in terms of calories. The app makes it easy to track meals for someone as lazy as I am 😂
