I had 3 months up front and can’t get into the app. I see this is a common problem. Then there is a response (here) to email the company, nothing come from those emails.Developer Response

I’m sure there are people out there who are desperate to find new ways to lose weight when dieting and exercising alone does not work. When I saw the commercial for this app, I was beyond ecstatic. I paid upfront for one month of hypnotherapy to try the app out. I have been trying to login for over a week and I have been unsuccessful. I have contacted the company with over five different emails and they have never returned any single one of my emails! And I’m not the first one to make this complaint. I signed up for one month, but mistakenly entered my email incorrectly. I have tried countless times to try to correct the mistake, but no one is getting back to me! Now I think my credit card will be charged monthly and I can’t even access the app at all! I don’t want to be charged for something I can’t use! Very, very upset!Show less
