Reviews of Bold

  • Bold

I did two classes this morning but the app doesn’t show that I did. Some one please inform me how to use the app. Also has a hard time cast to my TV .
  • Volume

As a 75 year old with some orthopedic issues I’m enjoying this seated exercise program. I would enjoy it even more if you would
    1) Provide better music. What’s played is awful.
    2) Lower the volume on the music. It’s difficult for older folks ( likely you biggest demographic) to hear the instructors.
  • Thank you

Thank you so much for the chance to do exercise for free with you guys! It is a pleasure!
