Bloom Young offers a great range of exercises with many different types - boxing, cardio, strength, resistance. Also include quick 10 minutes and longer approx 30 minute sessions too. The app makes it very easy and has full screen expand on an iPad. Really love this elite program and it allows me to exercise at my current level - whether I need to start easy or need more challenging workouts.KimNiSXL
