  • Don’t do it

    I had 3 months up front and can’t get into the app. I see this is a common problem. Then there is a response (here) to email the company, nothing come from those emails.

  • Disappointing & disgusted!

    I’m sure there are people out there who are desperate to find new ways to lose weight when dieting and exercising alone does not work. When I saw the commercial for this app, I was beyond ecstatic. I paid upfront for one month of hypnotherapy to try the app out. I have been trying to login for over a week and I have been unsuccessful. I have contacted the company with over five different emails and they have never returned any single one of my emails! And I’m not the first one to make this complaint. All this app does is take your money and they provide zero service!

  • No one responds!

    I signed up for one month, but mistakenly entered my email incorrectly. I have tried countless times to try to correct the mistake, but no one is getting back to me! Now I think my credit card will be charged monthly and I can’t even access the app at all! I don’t want to be charged for something I can’t use! Very, very upset!

    Can’t get the app to work and no one replies. Think it’s a scam.

  • No access, no support

    Bought the subscription via the website, now as I try to use the app it doesn’t find the subscription. No help from the support team via email
  • Save your money

    I have sent so many messages! I paid 60 dollars and because I bought the subscription from the ad I can’t get into the app! I have waited weeks for a reply and no one has helped me. Sad!!!! Write another email today. Wish me luck!

  • App does not recognise payment and emails ignored

    I purchased a 3 month plan recently, took a screen shot of the confirmation, money taken from my account, but it will not recognise payment and is asking for more. I have emailed the help email and also responded to an email they sent me to sign up but no response
  • Scam

    Signed up and paid for 3 months of this app and it won’t let me access unless I pay again. Contacted the developers who just keep telling me it’s been looked into day after day - didn’t receive receipt for my payment from the developers however PayPal confirms it has gone through.
    Don’t sign up they take your money and leave you with nothing.
